TraumaTransfer™ is an invention, designed by Anders Erlandsson and
Eson Comfort. It’s designed for fast and safe immobilisation and transferring
of trauma patients. Optimal function and utilisation have been stressed.
TraumaTransfer™ is aimed for intrahospital use. This is the original that has
become an important part in trauma care in almost 600 emergency rooms.
Patient Immobilisation
Head fixation is easy to use and comfortable for patient, Compared to other head blocks, there is a radiation dose reduction due to the thin materials used.
Infection Control Friendly
The complete mattress is sealed and wipe clean. The underside is also waterproof.
The optional TT cover keeps the patient warm, and incorporates the head immobilisation. The internal layer is absorbent and any fluids/blood/urine etc are kept inside the cover, away from staff and equipment. Offering improved infection control.
Lightweight and Easy to Slide
Underside is a durable weave material making it easy to slide. This is not a lifting device.
Carbon fibre core makes it light-weight, rigid and very strong.
